March 24, 2001: I'd like to go on record as saying that I love the wheel mouse.I'm sure it can be improved (e.g. horizontal scrolling), but it's great to be able to ignore the scroll bar. Sometimes the fix is in hardware, not software.

On a related note, it's no Shift+Click, but I just discovered that with my newish mouse, if I hold the control key down and scroll the wheel it changes the font size, handy for all those worthwhile but tiny sites out there.
